MY ROLE ON THE PROJECT
As the Director of User Experience, I led the development of the game's UX strategy and established a comprehensive UI design system. I integrated Figma into the design pipeline, enabling a more collaborative and efficient workflow across teams.
In addition to my UX leadership, I also took ownership of the game’s branding, designing the logo to ensure a cohesive visual identity that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the overall product vision.
